Shipping Policy

At this time we use Australia Post for shipping our products worldwide (except for very large purchases, when we will arrange alternate shipping methods with you). Our focus at this time is on developing our brand in Australia, but we can ship to almost any destination in the world.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary depending on your destination and preferred shipping method. These costs will be calculated automatically for you. We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide if your purchase with JRNY Essentials is over A$85. There is an option to pay for express shipping on our site, if you choose this option it will be charged regardless of the order amount. 

DELIVERY TIME
We do our best to process your order as soon as possible, but generally we'll have it dispatched within 3 business days of receiving it. Rarely, but it can happen that we're out of stock of certain products which may delay this further. During Christmas/New Year period we do shut down for 2-3 weeks which means dispatch time can be delayed, but we will aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
